Return of New Items
Desert Home Theater allows you to return any new, factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. If the item was delivered or shipped for free then the actual shipping or delivery cost incurred by Desert Home Theater for it to and from customer will be deducted from refund amount.
Return of Defective Items
If your item is defective, Desert Home Theater will follow the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines to resolve the situation. You may instead opt for a replacement, but DHT will defer to the standard return of new items policy detailed above.
Refusing a Package
If you should place an order with Desert Home Theater and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the package, please know that you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less any shipping charges DHT incurred in getting the package to you originally as well as the cost of the return shipping.
Final Sale Items
DHT is unable to accept returns of any final sale item.
Processing Time and Refunds
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed and refunded within 7-10 business days. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
